the prisoner of war cemetery was redesigned in 1998. Around 3,873 prisoners of war rested in comrades' graves on this site. The cemetery is approximately 500 square meters in size and is surrounded by basalt curbs. The graves are marked by groups of symbolic crosses. The central memorial is a 3.5 m high Granti stone cross. The commemorative message reads: RESTING PLACE OF GERMAN WAR SURVIVORS 1941 - 1945
