According to the information available to us, a total of 168 dead from the Second World War and the National Socialist tyranny rest in several well-kept cemeteries at this cemetery. In detail: "Honor section" in the rear part of the cemetery: Here rest in a large cemetery as well as in smaller side areas separated by hedges - around 100 German soldiers and some civilians who died in Emden military hospitals from 1940 - 1944, died in air raids on armaments factories and military installations in and around Emden as well as in accidents or took their own lives; - 4 Russian and - 4 Serbian prisoners of war who died in 1942/43 - 7 Dutch forced or civilian laborers, - 1 Dane, - 1 Swede and - 2 Norwegians "Sog.
