According to the information available to us, a total of 4 victims of the Second World War rest in the Blumläger cemetery, which is no longer being re-occupied: 1 individual grave of a German soldier, killed on April 8, 1945, 1 common grave for 3 Celle policemen who were mistaken for German soldiers when English troops marched into Celle on April 12, 1945, fought and were killed in the process.
