Béthencourt, Département Somme, is located approx. 32 km south-east of Amiens. The cemetery was established by the French military authorities in 1922. in 1977, the Volksbund replaced the old wooden crosses with metal grave markers and landscaped the grounds. 1,242 fallen German soldiers rest here in individual graves.
